Terms and Conditions
General Information:
All walkers should bring with them their booking form.
We make a point of visiting as many locations as possible on our walks. This may be quite demanding for some so please state any particular requirements in advance of your walk and we will do our best to accommodate. Our walks differ in that this is not merely a stomp through London but a mix of cultural experience, storytelling and walking activity. This has been the experience which has made it so successful.
In order to give a true reflection of the place; we find that many clients wish to carry out some advance or post-walk reading. Please do contact us on this score and to e-mail us with your question and we’ll be happy to provide any information we can.
Please be aware that arrival times and the itinerary may change due to unforeseen delays or events such as festivals and public holidays. However, we shall endeavour to ensure all sites are visited and that your tour runs as smoothly as possible but please note that London does not run like clockwork, roadworks and transport cancellations can lead to the best laid plans coming unstuck, therefore do not expect the streamlined arrangements associated with some other tours. Things do not always go to plan. Do be flexible, you will enjoy your tour much more.
We carry personal liability insurance yet all clients MUST be insured to cover personal accident, cancellation, curtailment and any other eventuality.
Please let us know your special requirements as soon as possible so we can do all possible to assist your needs.
